This soft, colorful runner incorporates bright colors and multiple Andean symbols of sacred life. The fine stripes reflect complexity and complementary colors with sublime beauty. The overall balance and harmony express the Q’ero cosmovision of the world. This beautiful textile was woven by Rufina Samata Machaca in Quico, and is 12.5 inches wide x 48 inches long plus fringe at both ends. 32 x 122cm. A photo of the weaver’s husband holding this textile is included with the purchase.
