We use a range of 3rd party services for various business processes e.g. xero.com for bookkeeping, dropbox.com and Google G Suite for project file storage etc. All services we use have been carefully chosen and are reputable companies who are GDPR compliant and take data storage seriously. If you are our client we will provide a list of these services upon request, along with any details of data stored.
1.5 International Data Transfers
When we share data, it may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country you live in e.g. USA where our bookkeeping system is hosted. This means that your data may be transferred outside of the EEA. Where your personal data is transferred outside the EEA, it will only be transferred to countries that have been identified as providing adequate protection for EEA data.
Security is of the utmost importance and a top priority for us when it comes to your personal data. We are committed to protecting your personal data and have the appropriate technical and procedural measures in place to make sure your data is secure.

The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an obligation to retain it e.g. your billing and invoice information cannot be deleted as we are legally obliged to maintain and store financial records for as many years as we are required to in The Netherlands.
