Catalina Apaza Quispe wove this inner mesa cloth. The bright band of Ch’unchu symbols represent the sacred Inkarri and Inka past [time] and the sky [space]. The wider bands are natural alpaca hair colors and natural plant dye (the soft mustard color). The ends of this inner mesa cloth are bound and the corners have bright tassels.  16 x 15.5 inches (40,5 x 39,5 cm)  A photo of Catalina holding this weaving is included with your purchase.
