Lorenza Samata of Quico Q’eros created this traditional textile depicting the upper and lower worlds (space) and noon (time) and with the split diamonds of Inti (sun) expressing the rising sun and setting sun. The Inti symbols are banded by deep maroon and black. This mesa cloth is almost square at 28 x 27 inches (71.5 x 68.5 cm).  Note:  the color is less “pinkish” than in the main image. The gallery images are more true colors of this textile.
