Remigia Salas Chura is an outstanding weaver. The 2019 Santa Fe International Folk Art Festival and Market invited her to sell her fabulous textiles at this prestigious event. She wove this textile of the softest alpaca yarns that she hand spun and dyed using natural plant dyes. The many complex rows reflect traditional sacred symbols of the Andean culture. This stunning textile is 63 x 17 inches plus fringe at both ends. 160 x 443 cm. plus fringe at both ends. The colors are more muted and less red than appears in the photo.
