Large symbols of sacred Inti (sun, light) and Inkarri (chunchu) lend strength and clairty to this wonderful mesa. Yound weaver Sonia Phacsi Samata created this traditional mesa in her home village of Kiku (Quico) in the Q’eros region of the Andes.  The red bands are a deeper and softer hue than appear in the photos. Square at 26 x 26 inches.  66 x 66 cm.   Your purchase helps the weaver, her family, and her village build food security and schools and helps preserve the beautiful Q’ero culture.
