Ceremonial poncho featuring complex designs of sacred ch’unchu dancers.Ch’unchus represent the coming return of Inkarri to elevate the indigenous tribes of the Andes to their former elevated status and way of life.  This poncho is very tightly woven by Martina Huaman Apaza of Ccochamarka village in the Q’eros Nation. She worked for half a year to complete this magnificent poncho. Photo of Martina holding this poncho is included with your purchase.
