Lucia Apasa is a master weaver in her community of Hapu. She created this large, bold lliklla cloth using mixed wool and alpaca threads and integrated bright colors (made with natural dyes) for the ceremonial Chunchu figures. This lliklla is thick and warm, and evokes a calm confidence in a world coming into harmony and balance.
