Alicia Gerillo Quispe wove this soft earth honoring runner on her loom on the ground outside her home in Quico. The symbols of sacred Chun’chu dancers, lines of crop rows, and the overall balance and harmony express the Q’ero cosmovision of the world. This beautiful textile is made of natural alpaca fibers, and measures 13.5 inches wide, 37 inches long plus fringe at both ends. (35 x 94 cm). A photo of Alicia holding this textile is included in the purchase.
